Peter Kima | President
As a driven leader, Peter is focused on making a difference in the community through real estate. His ability to find a “Win-Win” solution while representing the best interests of his clients is what separates him. As a graduate of both Western Carolina University and Becker College in Massachusetts, along with having resided in seven states gives Peter the perspective of several markets along with the ability to understand the various needs of clients throughout the US.
Peter has built one of the most successful residential real estate teams in the Raleigh, NC market and has leveraged many opportunities presented to him through this endeavor, along with his relationship with one of the most respected commercial building companies in the southeast, into Kima Commercial. A full service commercial real estate company affiliated with Keller Williams Commercial, the largest real estate company in North America.
As President of the Kiwanis Club and a youth baseball and basketball coach, Peter is heavily involved in his community. A dedicated husband to Jennifer and father to two young boys, Cole & Camden, Peter recognizes the need for a solid foundation in family and business.
Paul Eitel | VP of Business Development
Originally from Cameroon, Africa, he grew up in Texas and in Wake Forest, NC. Growing up with a strong Christian background, Paul has traveled to nearly every continent as a missionary with a passion to help others change their lives for the better.
While initially drawn to a military career during his college years at The Citadel, Paul was offered a promising career at a respected construction firm in Raleigh, NC. In his ten years as Project Developer, he enjoyed helping clients plan, design, and build more than $100 million dollars in projects. Co-founding the Wake Forest based Focus Design Builders, Paul and his partners wanted to create a commercial construction company in which the customer was the top priority. As CEO of Focus—and with his background in commercial real estate—Paul partnered that same year with Coldwell Banker Advantage as VP of Business Development. In these dual roles, Paul has capably served the commercial real estate and commercial construction needs of many clients. He looks forward to continuing to assist those with commercial real estate needs as the VP of Business Development here at Kima Commercial.
Paul and his wife, Lori, have lived in Wake County for more than twenty years are thrilled to be raising their four children. Paul has had the pleasure of being able to travel abroad as a missionary and of serving his community as the Wake Forest Fire Department Chaplain, through several leadership positions at his church, and through his volunteer work as a Past President of the Wake Forest Kiwanis Club and other civic organizations. He is grateful for the opportunities the Lord has given him, and is looking forward to see how else he can serve!
Dan Tilley | Lead Commercial Broker
Dan began his real estate career immediately after graduating from NC State University with a BS in Business Management. He interned for two years for a prominent North Carolina real estate attorney where he began to develop his experience in commercial real estate. Following this, Dan founded a successful real estate and general contracting practice serving the wireless telecommunications industry in the Southeastern United States.
Dan has served as Director of Corporate Real Estate for national and regional corporations in the advertising and hotel industries managing as much as 1.4 million square feet of commercial real estate in 28 states. This allows him to bring a unique perspective to his client’s projects.
Having studied Property and Public Land Use Controls at the Campbell University School of Law, Dan brings a technical approach to the leasing, entitlement and development process. In addition, he has 18 years of commercial real estate experience to ensure his clients receive advice based upon best practices.
Dan resides in Cary, North Carolina and considers time spent with his family as his favorite past-time.

Jonathan Williams | Commercial Broker
A thirty year native to the triangle area, specifically Wake Forest, Jonathan Williams has witnessed the transformation of Raleigh-Durham first hand. Jonathan first began his career in real estate and construction at age 14 working for his brother, David, as a general laborer at Williams Custom Building in Wake Forest, North Carolina. At that time, Williams Custom Building specialized in custom home and light commercial construction.
Jonathan held the position with Williams Custom Building all the way through college, working part-time during summers and holiday breaks. His experiences on various project job sites, along with the guidance of his brother, allowed Jonathan to gain a practical understanding of the construction business and how quality homes and buildings are designed and constructed.
Upon graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009, Jonathan accepted a position working for a small manufacturing operation in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jonathan started as an inside sales team member and after three years became the General Manager of the firm. During his time as General Manager the company experienced record highs in revenues, profit, operating profit margin, and return on assets. Eventually, Jonathan accepted a position with a small business consulting firm assisting privately held mid-market firms with strategic planning and process improvement.
In 2014, Jonathan joined Focus Design Builders, LLC as a Project Developer where he specializes in the design and construction of facilities for small businesses and privately held firms. Since joining Focus, Jonathan has participated in sales of over $20 million dollars in new construction projects. Inspired by Focus CEO Paul Eitel to constantly seek more and more ways to make the expansion process easier for clients, Jonathan decided to get his real estate license in the summer of 2015.
In addition to roles as Project Developer with Focus and Realtor with Kima Commercial, Jonathan also serves on the Capital Area Work Force Development Board, The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Board, and currently serves as President of the Koinonia Foundation of Wake Forest. Jonathan has a true passion for improving processes and making the commercial real estate and construction experience as easy and efficient as possible for the client’s he serves.
